At U&I Global Consulting, we understand that change is not always easy.  Our Chief Executive Officer has over 20 years experience in business and tax.  He is a former "Big 4" Accounting Firm International Tax Director, where he advised Fortune 500 and other large companies on a variety of international and federal income tax matters. Over the years, he has advised large companies on federal and international tax matters, such as international tax, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, corporations, structuring, and company formation. He has led teams of business advisors in complex restructurings.
